If Government guidance changes and you are no longer able to stay at our holiday home on your chosen dates you can rearrange to a suitable time or we will provide a full refund.

We are proud of our high standard of routine housekeeping. During this time we are taking extra care to ensure your safety by providing an enhanced cleaning service.

 

This includes:

• Self check in.

• Allowing additional cleaning time.

• Wearing PPE whilst cleaning the property and reduce areas of contamination from room to room.

• Deploying extra hygiene measures and attention to high contact areas of the property.

We ask that you wash your hands each time you enter the property and ensure that only house shoes are worn inside. Please also make sure that all beds are stripped and linen is placed at the end of the beds ready for collection. Please also ensure that personal items are removed before departure.

We will do everything possible to minimise the risk during your stay in our holiday let, but we cannot 100% guarantee it.
