Park by the side of the The Oast House where you can unload your luggage under the cover of the loggia. Climb four steps and you will reach the boot room (but if any of your guests have mobility difficulties there is easier access via the front of the Oast).
The boot room has a cloak room including washbasin and W.C. and access to the garage which is available for storing your luggage, as well as there being an extra fridge.
Dining Room - on your right you then enter the spacious dining room with south facing floor to ceiling windows and a chestnut floor from the farm. There is a magnificent table and chairs which seats 8 comfortably.
Kitchen - you then enter a small porch which leads to the superbly equipped kitchen and breakfast room with table and eight chairs. In the kitchen is an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, larder fridge, and separate large freezer. There is also a door that leads you to the courtyard and garden.
Hall – in the hall is the fast fibre wifi modem and a small settee.
Bedroom 1 – with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and a door leading to the loggia where you will find and a bench to sit and watch the sun go down. This room as has an ensuite with a walk-in shower, wash basin, mirror and W.C.
Bedroom 2 – can be found in the roundel where you will catch the morning sun with lovely views and direct access to the courtyard. This room is fitted with twin beds, bedside table, lamp, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Shower room – the main bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk in shower with two benches, washbasin, mirror and W.C.
Bedroom 3 – with its high ceiling and oak beams, this room has twin beds, bedside table, lamp, chair, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe.
All the bedrooms have under floor heating.
The oak stairs lead to a light and airy landing with a built in bookcase and large wardrobe. There is a large selection of DVDs, games and books and a comfy chair – a perfect spot if you want a bit of peace and quiet.
Leading off from the landing is the most attractive beamed Sitting room – with a wood burning stove for cosy winter nights, a large television with Freesat, DVD player and Amazon Fire Stick, as well leather armchairs and sofas to relax in.
Master Bedroom – the Master bedroom is in the top roundel which has a ceiling of birch and exposed oak rafters reaching to the top of the roundel roof, spotlights highlight this stunning canopy. It is fitted with a king size bed, bed side tables and lamps, free standing full length mirror, marble topped dressing table and chair. Between the bedroom and the ensuite is a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a separate shower, bath, wash basin, mirror and W.C.
Outside – you can relax in your own secluded fenced garden with plenty of space for the children to play. There are a set of table and chairs on a paved patio where you can sit and savour the wonderful views over open countryside.
Please be aware that this is a working farm and we have heavy machinery and livestock. The farmyard is not a safe place for children to play. Do not allow them on the farm or in the farmyard unaccompanied. However, if you do have any questions about the farm we do love to talk farming!
