TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings will be held temporarily for one week until receipt of deposit (20% of the holiday cost) which will secure the booking and a letter will be sent confirming this with an invoice for the outstanding balance which must be paid two months before the holiday dates. Payment can be made by BACS or cheque. On receipt of full payment (due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates) directions and key details will be forwarded. On arrival there is a payment of £100 cash deposit refundable on departure.

The person who initially hires the property must be a member of the party and is responsible for the property and members of the party. This person must be 18 years or over.
Only those listed on the booking form may occupy the property. The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the users’ risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury or loss or damage to users’ or visitors’ belongings. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if in our opinion and for whatever reason the party may be unsuitable to occupy the premises. You will be expected to take reasonable care of the property and it is to be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday period. No animals are allowed in any properties. The property must be vacated by 10am on the date of your departure.
All damage and breakages are the legal responsibility of you, the Hirer, and should be notified to us before the end of the holiday so that we can rectify the damage. Minor damage will not be charged but where extra cleaning is required or unreasonable damage sustained we will reserve the right to charge additional costs to cover repair or replacement.
In the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. Contact Carly immediately if you have to cancel and for this reason I would advise seeking arrangements to ensure cover for booking cancellations.
In the event that a property is not available through events arising beyond our control and we have to cancel the booking, we will notify the hirer immediately and refund all monies due. The hirer will not as a result have any further claims against us. Please note that reservation requests are not confirmed bookings until we have contacted you and accepted payment.
